Bring all your usual yoga equipment including a mat\, blanket\, bolster\, blocks\, strap and eye pillow (or any equivalent props). I NO LONGER HAVE BOLSTERS YOU CAN USE IN CLASS – PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN. Buy your bolster from www.yogamatters.com – email me for a discount. \nPlease note that your space can only be confirmed once full payment is received. Please pay in advance online\, or with cash if you see me in person (let me know how you intend to pay). Your space may be given to someone on the waitlist if you have not paid in advance.
