Book Your Class

Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits.

From increased focus and calm to heightened flexibility, we all benefit differently from yoga. It is vitally important to keep practicing, despite these challenging times.

The classes below can all be practiced in the comfort of your own home, with Seeking Stillness on a live-link to your mobile or other device. You’ll still receive advice and assistance, albeit remotely.

Have a look at the classes offered throughout the week to see what works for you and use the links to book yourself in (you will be taken to Seeking Stillness’ booking page). You can pay-as-you-go or take a monthly subscription for access to 5 live classes a week.

When in-person classes resume, you can find me locally in Gravesend, Kent and also at the Cyclopark, Gravesend. I regularly hold Yoga events at Nurstead Court, Meopham.

1:1 Yoga Sessions

The first sutra of the ancient text on Yoga created by Master Patanjali says the word ‘Atha’ meaning: now. ‘Now’ invites a fresh beginning, a commitment and a willingness to learn. Your yoga teacher will be your guide, bringing the wonder of yoga to life, now.
 
1:1 yoga sessions are perfect for those who don’t know where to begin or who may not yet be comfortable in a class setting; they are also ideal if you are recovering from an illness and need expert guidance. Every Yoga session will be uniquely personalised, whether that be learning the basics and deconstructing asana (poses), understanding Yoga philosophy, or crafting a breath (pranayama) practice, you are in control. 
 
Private yoga instruction is currently happening in the comfort of your own home, via Zoom to fit around your home and work commitments. After each online session, you will receive a visual pose/technique breakdown plus a video recording.
