I have attended two terms of mother and baby yoga with Joanna of Seeking Stillness Yoga and have loved all the sessions. Joanna tailors the sessions for post-birth mothers so you don't feel out of your depth. The sessions are relaxed and baby's welfare is put first. I would definitely recommend to other new mothers or mothers to be.

Just finished my KORE session with Jo! Feeling great, full of energy and very relaxed. I first went to Jo due to my sciatica issues and she worked on my back, muscles and whole body! She helped me get better in no time and massively eased the pain I was in every day. I visit Jo every month for my regular cupping sessions which always helps improve my aches and pains! She is amazing and I really recommend her.

I have been having back problems for years and was recommended to see Joanna for Yin Yoga in order to help. After just 6 sessions my back is already feeling better and stronger, with much less pain. I then decide to try the 'Kore' therapy that Joanna offers and Wow!!, this is even more effective. Even after one session, my back and neck immediately felt much better and combined with regular yoga, I'm looking forward to getting my back fully functioning again. I would definitely recommend Joanna for both Yoga and Kore therapy, she's a little miracle worker :o)

Recommended by a friend as had ongoing issues with my back for some time. After my first session I was able to lay on my back and turn over with no pain for the first time in months! 5 sessions later and I feel amazing. 3 weeks since my last session and all's good. After walking 222 miles in 7 days (raising money for charity) I went to the hospital because my legs felt like they were torn to shreds, they threw pain killers at me a sent me on my way. Luckily for me, I had met with Joanna prior to my walk. After just one session she had me bending my joints like nothing was wrong but, the strangest part was leaving her treatment room with this warm euphoric feeling trickling through my legs, it was almost as if I could feel them healing. It only took two visits before I was ready for a fun run which she strongly advised me not to do but I was confident she could fix what I broke. Since then, I’ve seen her for a shoulder injury and my girlfriend is receiving treatments for some issue too. Joanna is a lovely person who makes you feel welcome in her presence.

Just wanted to let you know that I had the most restful sleep on Friday night (and last night too). I came away on Friday evening feeling so relaxed and virtually pain free. I’m going to continue stretching each morning and I’m just about to go and lay on my rolled up blanket. Thank you so much for working your magic on me again! xx

Last year I was in constant pain from a car accident I had. The MRI scan showed i had a protruding disc in my neck. It was lodged into my spinal canal and was drooping into the other vertebrates. I had exhausted all areas of conventional medicine from medication to physiotherapy. I was recommended Jo by a family member who said just give it a go what did I have to loose. I went along and was sceptical. I had treatment all summer for 8 weeks. Once a week, not missing an appointment. The new MRI scan showed the disc was still bulging my the droop had disappeared. The disc had moved back up. The pain in my neck and upper back had gone along with the excruciating headaches. For me Jo is nothing but a miracle worker. She has stopped me having major neck surgery. Even the neuro surgeon said he has not seen this kind of movement to such a serious disc lodge. I owe Jo all the thanks I can give her. Will definitely sign up for more sessions when back in the summer. Thank you so much

Just some feedback from this week.....regarding feet and other things. I practised on Tuesday night and then did a short run on Wednesday morning and oh my goodness - my feet had springs - amazing. Last night I completed my second Yin class and again - amazing.   I feel like I am doing not very much and wobbling up and down my dining room but the effects afterwards are so positive. Thursdays are a very busy day for me and the last thing I think I need is exercise but this class makes such a difference - thank you x
