Somewhere hidden inside us is the need to explore – it’s human to want to do so. Ordinary life can be pretty mundane at times – work, family, commitments – sometimes we crave a break and a chance to leave the ordinary at home.
A Yoga retreat offers you a chance to explore a new country, city, community and culture. Every destination has been carefully chosen to offer you something unique and different and you will spend a week living in an authentic, unspoilt place where you can soak up not only the sunshine, but the culture and traditions and expand your horizons.

Deepen Your Yoga Practice
On retreat, you will practice Yoga twice daily (schedule permitting). There will be plenty of opportunity to pay extra attention to areas of your practice you’d like to improve.
A typical day begins with morning meditation followed by a flowing Yoga practice. While in Morocco, we spend some days taking surf lessons (with fully qualified instructors). Other days are spent on excursion. The afternoon ends with another Yoga practice, usually something slower, like Yin Yoga. In-between, there is time to rest, read a book, sunbathe, go for walks or take a swim.

Make New Friends
Perhaps you’re leaving loved-ones behind for a well-deserved break, or perhaps you’d love to visit somewhere new but don’t want to go it alone? A Yoga retreat offers you a chance to travel alone, but within a group. And it is the perfect way to make new friends!

Food!
Everyone who’s been on a retreat with me raves about the food! Meals are usually served buffet style, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste. You certainly do not go hungry on my retreats.
