Come together to unwind in the cosy warmth of an extended Yin yoga practice. Your chance to slow down and start your weekend in the right way.
You’ll find us at the Cyclopark, Gravesend. Bring all your usual yoga equipment including a mat, blanket, bolster, blocks, strap and eye pillow (or any equivalent props). I NO LONGER HAVE BOLSTERS YOU CAN USE IN CLASS – PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN. Buy your bolster from www.yogamatters.com – email me for a discount.
Please note that your space can only be confirmed once full payment is received. Please pay in advance online, or with cash if you see me in person (let me know how you intend to pay). Your space may be given to someone on the waitlist if you have not paid in advance. No refunds. For cancellations 24 hours before class: class credit to be used at the next Friday Night Yin. For cancellations on the day: no refund, class credit or exchange.
