Yin yoga is where we come to balance the frantic, fast-paced elements of our lives, offering a different way to challenge both the body and the mind: with poses practiced in stillness and with softness. It is through extended stays in asana that we explore both deep stretches and the quality of the breath to understand how it feels to be still – a rare occurrence these days!
